Makan Tutorial

Since I've vomitted as a result I ate too much, bloated, the great eater blogger Jason from JasonMumbles.com had give me a tutorial on how to makan more foods.

  • Never ever start with noodles/rice or creamy stuff such as mushroom soup, cheese, ice cream.
  • Don't starve the whole damn day and go for a meal. The stomach had shrink and then suddenly become big, definitely will feel uncomfortable and end up eat less.
  • Eat everything little by little. Even if it's your favourite food, don't eat more. Leave the best for the last part.
  • For stuff you don't like, never hesitate to throw away. It's better to waste than storing stuff you don't like in your stomach, and become fats.
  • Sweet things will make you feel jelak and your tongue less sensitive to differentiate food.
  • Plain water's the best!!
I couldn't think of anymore, but I think these would be enough. lol
